Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase!  I want you to be happy with your online order.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Items must be unused and in original packing with tags attached.  

Custom personalized items are not eligible for return unless I made a mistake on the personalization.  In that case it will be replaced or refunded.

To start a return please email personalizationgallery@gmail.com with your order number.  

If accepted, I will provide you with a return shipping label.

Please package your item securely in the original packaging with tags attached and ship.

Once received I will process your return and credit your original form of payment.  Processing takes approx. 3 -5 business days.

Thank you
